Teen Counselling Sessions
Assessing Thought Pattern
We use more of Cognitive Behavioral Approach in our counselling sessions where we start by working on the thoughts the teen has that could be contributing to the challenges they are experiencing.

Processing the Feelings
Next, the counselor helps the teenager look at how the thoughts they have affects the feelings they experience. We help them make the connection of thoughts and the emotional distress they are experiencing.
Adjusting Behavior
The therapist finally helps the teenager connect their thoughts, feeling, leading to the behavior they exhibit. We work through the behaviors and look at how it is fulfilling a certain need and if it is appropriate in the long run.
